Capital Enablement
Introduction and structuring of capital only once demand is contractually secured. We do not raise capital against speculative capacity. Capital follows offtake; this sequencing protects investor returns and operator balance sheets.

Claymont Equivator offers two capital engagement paths. Both follow the same sequencing logic: offtake is secured before capital is committed. The distinction lies in asset ownership and the investor’s role in the capital structure.

Direct Project Participation
Institutional investors deploy capital into pre-qualified projects where:
- Offtake is secured or contractually advanced,
- Technical thresholds are validated,

Land & Capital Owner with Offtake Requirement
Where land or capital is controlled but demand is absent, we originate and structure hyperscale offtake prior to large-scale capital deployment. We:

The principle is non-negotiable: capital follows secured demand.
